5 + years HR experience providing broad-based HR Generalist Support at all levels in a multinational environment required, preferable in a customer contact center and/or internet environment
A must is strong experience in working with a Works Council (e.g. negotiations of Works Agreements), especially works constitution
Familiarity in support change management processes
Experience in and knowledge of developing, presenting and implementing HR Policies/Procedures and Process Improvement
Ability to communicate in a civilized and professional manner
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Excellent knowledge of English (verbal and written) is required
